Master/Planting Plan
Shows complete landscape design including plants, hardscapes and any special features.
Hardscape/Measurement Plan
A layout of the existing property showing dimensions and also dimensions of new hardscapes, beds, etc.
1. Initial Consultation:
- The initial consultation will be at your home. We will walk around your property and discuss your landscape needs and vision.
- Feel free to provide pictures or links to pictures of your dream garden style (modern, cottage, formal, woodland, etc.)
- I will provide you with a written quote. Pricing varies based on lot size and design elements required.

2. Design Process:
- The design process takes about 2-3 weeks. During this time we will come up with a plan that suits your needs.
- A Client Questionnaire will help me understand the vision you have for your property.
- A copy of your Lot plan is required.
- I take a lot of measurements and pictures of your home and property.
- Web links will be provided to video (3D rendering) so you can see updates to the design periodically.
- A Pinterest Board will be set up for your project. We can each post pictures and ideas to the board. At the end of the project I clean up the board and leave only the photos of plants and ideas to be used.

3. Design Documents:
Listed below and shown to the right are the to-scale drawings that you can expect to receive at the end of the project:
- Master Plan (may include Planting Plan if property is small)
- Hardscape/Measurement Plan
- Planting Plan (provided separate on larger designs)
- List of Plants for Purchasing
- Plant Schedule (list of plants with common and Botanical Name, number of plants). Usually included on the Planting Plan.
- A Pinterest board showing pictures and links to all plants and ideas used in the design.
-
A web link to the final video (3D rendering) of your landscape.

All Plans are provided in PDF format and 2' x 1'6" paper copies are delivered to your home.
The design can be implemented by you as time and money allow or given to a contractor to do the job for you. Go to my "How To" page for DIY information.
