• A walk around your property and talk about your landscape needs and vision such as: more privacy, dining space, play areas and storage.
• A written quote based on lot size and design elements required will be provided.

2.  Design Process:

• The design process takes about 2-3 weeks as we work to come up with a plan that suits your needs.
• A Client Questionnaire will help to remind you of other needs.

• Web links will be provided to video (3D rendering) so you can see how your design is coming to life!​

• A Pinterest Board will be set up for your project where we can share pictures and ideas of various design styles for your project:
  • Contemporary - meadow and grassland, family friendly, edible, transitional.​​​​
  • Traditional - formal traditional, standard traditional, cottage, rustic.
  • Modern - modern farmhouse, bohemian.​

       Every design is customized for your requirements and property.​​​

3.  Design Documents:

​

Listed below and shown to the right are the 2D scaled drawings you will receive at the end of the project:

• Master Plan (may include Planting Plan if property is small)
• Planting Plan and Schedule (provided separate on larger designs)
• Hardscape/Measurement Plan
• Plant Purchase List (Common Name, Latin Name, number of plants required and Pot Size)
• A Pinterest board showing pictures for all plants and ideas used in the design.

• A web link to the final video (3D rendering) of your landscape.

Plans are provided in PDF format and 2' x 1'6" paper copies can also be provided.
